In 2025, OLVEA reached a strategic milestone with the creation of a new site entirely dedicated to its R&D and analytical control laboratories. Located in Fécamp (France), in close proximity to the Group’s headquarters and refining facility, this new hub reflects OLVEA’s ambition to developing its industrial and analytical expertise. 

Building on its longstanding know-how in oils and their derivatives, OLVEA is expanding its offering through advanced analytical approaches, enabling the development of increasingly specific solutions tailored to its customers’ needs. 

The goal: to transform the Group’s industrial capabilities into genuine drivers of innovation while optimizing the value of products from its crushing and refining sites. 

OLVEA Innovation is set up in a rehabilitated former industrial site. The building includes 1,000 m² dedicated to R&D, with state-of-the-art research and analytical laboratories. 

With OLVEA Innovation, we are accelerating our transformation from a raw materials supplier to a key player in sustainable oils. Our R&D teams will focus on optimizing industrial processes in oil refining and upcycling: 

• optimizing existing industrial processes, 
• developing high-value functional ingredients, 
• and exploring new applications for co-products, particularly in cosmetics and human nutrition.
