At OLVEA, our commitment to “People and Nature” reflects in our dedication to promoting responsible consumption.
💚 We have installed a catering service that offers fresh, home-cooked meals prepared with seasonal ingredients, with optimized portion sizes to satisfy our employees’ appetites and minimize food waste. Every week, any unconsumed dishes are redistributed to a local association, Proxi’Clérie, as part of our solidarity initiative.
🥕🍏 Our employees also organize the delivery of seasonal fruit and vegetable baskets to OLVEA in partnership with a nearby farm.
🍽️ During our events, we redistribute surplus food, thereby contributing to reducing our environmental impact. And at OLVEA, we are quite greedy, so we guarantee there’s absolutely no waste 😊
💚 Finally, we believe in the power of sharing! We’re proud to have issued an internal newsletter dedicated to nutrition, which has raised awareness among a wider audience about current food-related issue. Since then, our employees regularly share their tips and recipes.
